We are looking to incorporate a qualified court-agent officer or Court Agent (Procurador/a) for our Madrid team. You will be responsible for coordinating the documentary and procedural organisation of ongoing files and working in permanent collaboration with our lawyers and partners, carrying out the following duties:

Managing the calendar of deadlines and hearings
Handling telephone enquiries with Courts and Registries
Electronic filing and processing of all types of court orders
Filing of briefs and claims on all platforms: Lexnet, Vereda, Justiziasip, Gencat
Notifications
Monitoring of proceedings and payments to our external network

What are we looking for?

We have in mind a professional with at least 2 years' experience performing the duties described. We are looking for a highly organised person with a collaborative working style, able to handle high volumes of matters.

A good command of Kmaleon and filing via Lexnet and all regional platforms is essential.

Experience in electronic auctions is highly valued.
