Responsibility
The Tarsso Commitment
Being true to our values is the fundamental principle governing our daily activity.
Being true to our values is the fundamental principle governing everyday activity at TARSSO. We know that quality, commitment and efficiency are worthless without integrity, which must guide our relationships with our professionals, our clients and all social stakeholders. That is why we comply with professional and conduct codes with the utmost respect, so that offering the best service also means doing so in the most ethical way possible.
We are fully aware that our activity has an impact on the world, both socially and environmentally. This conviction leads us to take action to contribute to the environment around us: we encourage our professionals to get involved in initiatives and we also commit to them as a firm. With this aim, we collaborate with various institutions and associations on projects that promote the integration of people with disabilities and the education of young students with fewer resources, among others.
We also use technology to minimise our environmental footprint, with measures such as reducing plastic in the office, opting for reusable containers, selective waste collection, recycling and reducing paper use, as well as promoting efficient commuting to reduce our carbon footprint.
Another aspect we care deeply about is the well-being of our team, which is why we put great effort into fostering a working culture that combines flexibility with the highest standards of quality for our clients and society as a whole.
The sum of these guiding principles gives us the certainty that the economic variable matters when assessing our work, but the true excellence of our business is achieved by integrating quality, efficiency, integrity and our contribution to the responsible management of our clients' activities.
Solidarity partnerships
Who we work with.

Dádoris Foundation
The Dádoris Foundation is a non-profit organisation that seeks to improve Spanish society by supporting young people who are academically excellent but lack economic, family or social resources. In this way, it aspires to transform their lives through higher education so that they can reach the full potential of their talent.
TARSSO works with the Dádoris Foundation to make it easier for these young people to enter the labour market. We are bringing selected law students mentored by the foundation into our company as interns, to make the most of their potential, complete their training and offer them the opportunity to join our project in the future.

AUCAVI Foundation
The AUCAVI Foundation focuses on the needs and difficulties of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Its aim is to provide support to them and their families throughout the different scenarios they may face, so that they have the services and care needed to guarantee their quality of life in education, work, social, family and guardianship settings.
Together with the AUCAVI Foundation, TARSSO has launched an action plan with different initiatives to promote the inclusion of people with ASD in various environments. Among other projects, welcome days have been held at its centres, equipment has been donated for its facilities, and other lines of collaboration are currently being explored to embrace new forms of mutual enrichment.

Envera
Envera is a non-profit organisation whose mission is to accompany people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities, and their families throughout their life cycle, offering comprehensive care and support, providing stable professional activity and defending their right to equal opportunities and social justice.
Our collaboration with Envera revolves around the training of our employees, carrying out the management and administrative functions needed to implement our annual training plan, in all its forms and subjects, helping us respond to the changing challenges our sector faces. A team of more than 850 people with disabilities helps improve the competitiveness of our professionals, in turn promoting their labour-market integration for full inclusion in society as a whole.
